Electrical Connectors
We specialize in flat-wipe electrical connectors, which provide power for 150 volt and 600 volt AC/DC applications such as industrial battery chargers, high-power ovens or furnaces, EV and autonomous vehicle power supplies, and other high-current uses.
These connectors feature flat contact surfaces that “wipe” against each other when they are connected. The sliding or wiping action removes dust, dirt, and particles to protect against damage and corrosion, thereby improving performance and extending their service life. Options include copper or aluminum, and we can fabricate terminations for PCBs, buss bars, and cable-mounting panels.
Power Transmission and Distribution Parts
Transmission and distribution parts must perform reliably even in the toughest environments. We provide engineering support and manufacturing services for the following:
- Fuse components. Our products for expulsion fuses, including fuse links and ferrules, are manufactured with cost-effective cold heading and impacted extrusion processes.
- Pad-mounted transformer components. These include copper inserts for bushing wells and tri-mount clamps. We also work closely with expert injection molding partners to provide complete final assemblies.
- Pole line hardware. Our selection of hardware includes eyebolts and collared eyebolts for use with hot line clamps, and is available in aluminum, silicon bronze, or steel and can be finished with different coatings and heat treatments.
- Vacuum interrupter components. We provide a variety of flanges, insulators, conductors, bellows and arc shields, and terminals for these critical, high-voltage circuit breakers.
